Key technologies and processes: Clip insertion through a snap press with 45 independent cylinders and 2200 Kgf, sensing, and frontal load with back unloading.

Retrofit & retooling

Retrofit

Reuse of equipment, structures, and/or components in the design and integration of new production systems, as well as, modifications to existing lines or stations.

Retooling

Design and manufacturing of tooling for incorporation of new models to be assembled and/or tested. Programming, mechanical adjustments, installation, commissioning, and deployment.

Robust Project Management:

Turning an opportunity into a successful project

With a Key Account Manager as the focal point at the opportunity stage, and a Project Manager as the focal point at the project stage, every opportunity is robustly managed by skilled and specialized professionals, not only to better execute the project through our multidisciplinary and talented engineering team but to ensure our customers’ peace of mind so they may focus on their core activities.

OPPORTUNITY STAGE / Commercial

Upon RFQ and/or requirements gathering, the key account manager leads the development of the proposal for the customer.

  • Alongside the engineering team, a conceptual solution is developed considering the process and product particularities, in addition to the expectations and requirements regarding functionality, standards, ergonomics, and safety.
  • Alongside the project management (PM) team, the timing and capacity availability, as well as the risk analysis are carried out.
