Electric motor testing

ST offers tests stands based on the Motor Inspection System from imc, which comprises conventional motor tests involving test sample conveying, brake machine and torque measurement shaft as well as a model-based testing by the Parameter-Identification (PI).

The decisive advantage of PI test stands for product control is that only easily accessible signals need be measured and mechanical coupling is unnecessary. In both testing arenas, optional vibro-acoustic testing is also available.
