Data acquisition & measurement

ST develops and integrates multi-channel systems to acquire data and perform universal measurements from practically any sensor and signal.

Solutions can be based in single units of 32 or less channels or networks of units with a common PC interface and/or independent internal storage.

There is no design limitation to the number of channels that can be used. In specialized instances the channel counts associated with individual tests may be in the 1000s. These include wind tunnel testing (automotive and aerospace), and automotive structures testing.

Direct support for the CANBus / J1939, J1587, and ARINC 423 bus.

In addition to data measurement, integration of image acquisition cameras for analyzing structures performance under different scenarios is possible.

This combined approach may provide complementary information including displacement, velocity, acceleration and other parameters measuring and graphing capabilities according to customer’s needs and requirements.
