ST builds testers and efficiently integrates the required modules depending on customer’s actual requirements. Either using predefined testing platforms or our proprietary testing system, we deliver solutions to achieve:

For different automotive and electronic devices, ST designs and builds testers to accurately simulate vehicle or equipment loads and inputs in an accelerated life test environment as well as the communication messages (e.g. CAN), to verify the normal function and operation of the units being tested. Systems are designed to read the outputs of the product, determine pass/fail and store data, display and save the report.

Systems may cover integration of electrical testing and visual inspection when required. Visual inspection stations verify display configurations and correlate displayed data with inputs and loads, and verify presence of components.
