ST’s Test Control Station (TC Station) offers a user friendly interface and high performance electronics for system control, data acquisition and data storage for effortless testing in:

• Airbag Module tests/li>
• Pyrotechnic Buckle / Retractor Pretensioner tests
• Airbag Burst tests

The TC Station has been designed with input from the automotive test community and the product’s configuration reflects an intimate knowledge of testing procedures. Prior to proceeding with a test, the TC Station runs a variety of checks (e.g. safety devices, airbag resistance, camera status, environmental conditions, etc.) to insure that the test will run properly. The TC Station controls all aspect of the test environment and collects pertinent data from the test. Finally, the TC Station catalogs and stores the data in a pre-defined file format that allows the data to be readily accessible.
